Our Family Practice strives to provide a warm, comfortable, and nurturing environment. From reception to check-out, our goal is to address all of your medical needs. With our open-access policy, you will always be offered an appointment the day of the call or the very next business day. Open access has been part of our operations since we opened in October of 2003. Since that time, the theory of treating patients when they need it has been very successfull. Sick patients cannot wait days to be seen due to over booked doctors schedules. We have solved that very common problem!!!
Our office offers a welcoming atmosphere and open commmunication. We do not use busy answering services that many times make a call more confusing. Instead, after hours, in the event of an emergency it is very easy to reach Dr Vogdes or Dr Cutler. We provide an automated system (recorded by Dr Vogdes) to remind you the day before an appointment.
The mission of our practice is to attempt to break the mold of the a Family Doctor that is too busy to see sick patients. We are constantly striving to care for long term medical needs of all our patients, as well as the acute care medical needs.
In April of 2006 we will begin laser skin treatments. Due to patient demand for cosmetic services, we will provide laser hair removal (for any body area), skin rejuvination, wrinkle treatment, spider vein treatment, rosacea (red cheeks), port wine birth marks, tattoo and scar reduction, and acne treatments. The Friendly Light LightPod 1064nanometer Nd Yag laser is a versatile tool that offers painfree skin treatments, high success rates, and great customer satisfaction. This laser can be used on all skin types and colors, including tan skin. These treatments are not covered by insurance. The hair removal treatments will permanently reduce hair in the area treated by 80 -90%. There is no skin burning with this laser due to a very specific 1064nm wavelength that is delivered in an optimum sub millisecond pulse duration. We are very pleased to offer these much needed services to our patients and the community
